Since the inception, SZI Technologies Pvt Ltd have always strived to gain success and growth, but in a collective way. Due to this aim of ours, we have grown by leaps and bounds. We started with 20 odd people in various services and like all the other companies, we were rather small as well, but hard work, dedication and willpower are the qualities which have helped us to gain the position we enjoy today.
We have grown considerably over the past few years and that offered a nice boost to the business, sales-profit ration and the size of the team. The total employee strength can be divided in two categories and they are operation and support.
Our operation team includes both inbound and outbound calls and callers. As this is the team which brings one of the biggest portions of profit we earn, it is consisted of some of the best professionals in the field. For us, people who are dedicated, experienced, serious and passionate about the job they are doing, are the best choices.
Our support team basically contains stuff, other than the callers. This team is the one which converts the sales into real money and helps in retaining them. So, we need the best of the bests for this team and after some labor, we have been able to achieve that.

Job Description
- Oversee the achievement of performance targets and budgeted goals
- Manage daily operations
- Define and coordinate sales training programs
- Provide detailed and accurate sales reports and forecasting
- Work with direct reports to maintain excellent service level, monitor performance and ensure employee performance meets established metrics and benchmarks
- Thorough knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures of an outbound telesales call center
- Proven customer service skills, sales experience and leadership ability
- Ability to train agents in sales
- Experience with CRM databases and predictive dialers

- Generate sales leads
- Planning a website from inception, by coordinating with the IT/ SEO/ Content Writers & clients to discuss the desired look and feel of the site before planning the overall layout and organization
